About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Manager, Applied Research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of researchers and engineers in the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead: You will build and manage a team of researchers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Deliver: With a strong focus on results, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions.
  • Innovate: You will be empowered to try new approaches and take calculated risks, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field or Master's degree with significant experience in AI and machine learning.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to write clean, production-ready code.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong track record of innovation and delivery.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Outstanding communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience delivering minimum viable products in a large enterprise environment.
