Strategic Business Development and Sales Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the strategic development and sales growth of our Business Incubator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and strategic development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and facilitating direct market development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating our technology roadmap into tangible outcomes, monitoring and analyzing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and using this knowledge to support informed strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with technology partners, including software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and start-ups.
- Developing and supporting sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build new business based on technology.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Engineering or a similar field, with in-depth knowledge of the high-tech start-up ecosystem, emerging technologies, and market trends.
Proven work experience in business and/or strategic development within the international high-tech start-up industrial domain is essential, as is experience in leading, developing, and integrating start-ups.
A passion for technology, disruptive/radical innovation, digitalization, and data value engineering is also required, as is a strong entrepreneurial mindset and networking skills.
