The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with experience in selling to large corporations and a proven track record of winning new accounts. German and English language skills to a professional level are a must.

The role will involve generating revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial management of tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across nominated accounts.

They will also be accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers. The candidate will need to ensure assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are reached.

The Business Development Manager will drive the strategy for growth across nominated list of target customers and prospects. They will develop and implement sales strategies and plans, contributing to business strategy, development, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background and proven experience of new business hunting. They will need to be able to quickly learn new products and sales processes. Fluent language skills in German and English are essential, as is excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills are also required. The candidate will need to be able to influence and negotiate, making decisions and thinking in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
