About the Role:
The Director of Food and Beverage is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Division and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for our guests. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 140 staff members, overseeing the operation of our restaurants, bars, and room service, and driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Food and Beverage Division, including the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Oversee the operation of our restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for our guests.
- Manage a team of approximately 140 staff members, including chefs, sommeliers, and service staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
