## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Stadler Rail. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilization of EuroDual and Locomotive EURO9000 across Europe.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage European-wide projects for maintenance services and contracts
* Promote and improve initiatives for process definition and standardization
* Develop solutions and support the Operations department
* Coordinate interfaces within the entire Stadler organization and with external maintenance partners across Europe
* Contribute diverse experiences to the sales process to understand customer needs and collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions

## Requirements

* Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial or a comparable qualification
* Proven experience in leading/supporting challenging projects in an international environment
* Ability and interest in interacting with internal departments and customers
* Willingness to adapt and grow with the expanding responsibilities and tasks
* Team player with strong social skills, sense of responsibility, and goal-oriented work approach
* Good command of German and English
* Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
