Sales Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Manager to join our team at Stadler. As a key member of our Service Division, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading sales projects in various markets, working closely with our vehicle sales team and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead sales projects in various markets, ensuring successful sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the vehicle sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and quality of documentation.
- Analyze contractual terms and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with external service providers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings with management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Technical degree with further education (FH, equivalent, or higher).
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and/or management responsibility is an advantage.
- Strong business administration and commercial skills, with ability to coordinate various departments and create harmonious interaction.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry experience in total solutions for complex services, with knowledge of maintenance concepts and their application in maintenance solutions for train fleets.
- Experience with service tenders and contract awarding, with ability to recognize and assess risks.
- Very good MS Office user skills and business fluent in German and English.
- Other languages of significant advantage.
- Winning personality, independent, decisive, and responsible, with ability to come up with unconventional solutions.
- High flexibility in terms of operational readiness, especially during the bid submission period.
- Willingness to travel.
