Icebreaker and Smartwool are dedicated to empowering people through nature-inspired apparel. As an Account Manager Central Switzerland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Sales team by managing and developing strategic accounts across Central Switzerland.

About the Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement account-specific sales plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong connections with customers through regular communication, training sessions, and event participation.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and technologies to provide informed advice to customers.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in outdoor apparel wholesale.
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss Outdoor retail landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
