About the Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement account-specific sales plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong connections with customers through regular communication, training sessions, and event participation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and technologies to provide informed advice to customers.
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
- 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in outdoor apparel wholesale.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss Outdoor retail landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
