About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Next Generation Sales Academy team in Zurich as an Associate Inside Sales Representative. You will be given the opportunity to learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge through a structured 2 year learning environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualifications.
  • Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging and identify opportunities for Outside Account Executives.
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Learn how to do whiteboards, product pitches, and presentations.
  • Complete development curriculum to progress to Inside Sales role.
What We're Looking For
  • Business or IT related degree and recent university graduate
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Growth mindset, outgoing personality, and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passion for sales and technology
  • Critical thinking and prioritization skills
