**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Leader to join our team at FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd. As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive the growth of Salesforce Agentforce by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with potential customers.

FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd. is a pioneer in the field of customer engagement. Our flagship product, Salesforce Agentforce, has revolutionized the industry by harnessing the power of real-time data analytics and AI.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and present compelling PoVs that highlight the tangible value of Agentforce across technical and business partners.
- Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to identify opportunities to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers.
- Employ your deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts to configure and set up agents, automate workflows, and establish seamless API connections.
What We Expect From You:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the highly technical sales context.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within technical sales environments, showcasing proficiency in intricate sales processes.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, honed through extensive experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales.
