Customer Engagement Manager/in B2B-SaaS

Stratos Technologies AG ist ein Schweizer Software-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Zürich. Wir digitalisieren Prozesse in der Automobilindustrie für Kunden wie Automobilhersteller, Leasinggesellschaften und weitere.
Für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Full-Service-Leasing Gesellschaften und Aftersales suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Customer Engagement Manager/in (all genders).
- Funktion: Customer Engagement Manager/in (all genders) 80-100% in Zürich
- Kundenbeziehungen: Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen, Organisation von Meetings und proaktive Kundenkommunikation.
- Auftragsabwicklung: Verantwortung für das Projektbudget und die Abrechnung der Leistungen, einschliesslich zusätzlicher Angebote.
- Verkaufsunterstützung: Planung und Erstellung von Marketing- und Verkaufsunterlagen.
- Verkaufskoordination: Pflege und Überwachung des Sales-Funnel, Optimierung des Verkaufsprozesses.
- Kundenzufriedenheit: Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Koordination von Problemlösungen.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Vertriebsunterstützung von B2B-Kundenprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Automotive
- Bereitschaft zu reisen, Freude am Kundenkontakt (auch international), Teilnahme an Geschäftsanlässen und Ausstellungen
- Affinität für Software und digitale Medien
- Unternehmerisches, vernetztes und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Stilsichere Kommunikation (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch
- Motiviertes und freundliches Auftreten
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Eigeninitiative – Mitdenken erwünscht
- Arbeiten mit hohem Freiheitsgrad – remote und in unserem Office in Zürich
