Our client is a global leader in the aerospace and high-technology markets, specializing in innovative systems for flight control, hydraulic, fuel, fluid conveyance, thermal management, lubrication, and pneumatic systems.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing organization to drive business growth and align with company goals.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve business results, addressing complex issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate interest in products and services, and drive sales growth.
- Manage profit and loss for Sales and Marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve business results, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement budget and long-term strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
- Contribute to the business unit's strategic roadmap, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Improve Sales process automation and back-office operations, and deliver regular Sales Forecasting.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to influence and deliver growth plans, and drive business results.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Engineering and MBA or equivalent education, with a strong technical background in the Energy condition monitoring market.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales or relevant fields, with a solid finance background to assess decision impacts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, change management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to execute business plans and develop functional strategy.
