Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Custom Itineraries Coordinator to join our team at Randstad (Switzerland) Ltd. in Lugano. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering customized charter services and special events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized charter services and special events, including planning logistics, coordinating land and on-site services, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, internal departments, and international offices to ensure seamless execution of charter services.
  • Oversee procurement of services, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data management, pricing, and reporting, to ensure accurate and timely information.
Requirements
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to travel when required
  • Flexibility in working hours
