We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custom Itineraries Employee to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our tourism industry team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering customized charter services and special events for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Customized Charter Services: Plan and execute charter services and special events, including logistics, land and on-site services, and delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Coordinate with clients and markets to develop and deliver products tailored to their needs and objectives.
- Supplier Management: Manage communication and relationships with external suppliers, internal departments, international offices, and clients of chartered services.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Oversee procurement of services, conduct ad-hoc negotiations, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data management, pricing, and reporting.
- Language Skills: Fluent command of the English language.
- Creative and Proactive: Creative, able to think out of the box, open mind-set, proactive, flexible.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize own work, efficient time management, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- IT Literacy and Microsoft Office: Be IT literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communications skills, customer oriented, negotiations skills.
- Travel Requirements: Able to travel when requested for site inspections or to meet clients.
