About the Role

Napapijiri is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our eCommerce team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a premium outdoor lifestyle brand, we provide an urban outdoor aesthetic combined with functionality and comfort for an eco-conscious consumer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the paid media strategy, managing PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliates.
  • Manage day-to-day operational needs for paid media campaigns together with our partner agency.
  • Manage the media budget and ensure spend optimization.
  • Report on campaign activity to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Track and analyze SEM and SEO activity to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align on commercial targets.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team on Conversion Rate Optimization strategies.
  • Support Brands marketing team for full funnel campaign activations.
  • Enhance and nurture the Affiliate network.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Previous experience in retail and Fashion, ideally with an agency and/or Ecommerce background.
  • At least 2 years of International experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Hands-on professional knowledge of all main Digital Marketing platforms.
  • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Able to manage agencies and interact with multiple stakeholders.
