About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Visual Merchandising & Store Experience to join our team at Swarovski. As a member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and maintain our brand's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Head of VM & Store Experience to create visually stunning store environments that showcase our products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy seasonal activations, ensuring consistency and quality across all stores.
- Work closely with our Visual Merchandising Deployment team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising concepts.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and agencies to deliver high-quality seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven visual merchandising campaigns.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
