About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of VM & Store Experience and Senior Manager Store Experience in developing and implementing visual merchandising and store experience strategies that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy impactful visual merchandising displays and in-store experiences that showcase our products and brand values.
  • Developing and executing seasonal marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
  • Working closely with our market-facing teams to ensure that our visual merchandising and store experience strategies are aligned with local market needs and opportunities.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of new technologies and innovations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, merchandising, or retail management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Innovative and creative approach, with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
