Global Visual Merchandising Director

The Global Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for developing and directing the global Visual Merchandising strategy to support and execute the global brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and direct the global Visual Merchandising strategy in alignment with the brand's overall business objectives.
- Lead the development of launch and permanent VM, planogram and display strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Sales).
- Create temporary VM designs to provide retailtainment activation for specific products and enhance the brand story.
- Elevate the brand's VM using creative exploration and market trends.
- Partner with Store Design, Global Marketing and Retail to ensure a consistent and relevant in-store experience for customers.
About You:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in VM for a luxury brand, preferably in a global environment, with excellent knowledge of regional and local point of sale features.
- Highly creative skills in graphic, POSM design and launch in the VM field, artistically minded, deep interest in contemporary art.
- Excellent knowledge of graphic printing, POSM and scenography production and execution methods.
- Strong leadership skills, goal-oriented and results-driven personality, ready to push own limits.
- Fluent in English.
