Store Operations Manager

As a pivotal member of our retail team, you will drive and support operational excellence within our stores. Your responsibilities include leading the development and management of the Back of House, ensuring optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy. You will oversee all talent-related matters, including schedules, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Back of House Management: Lead the development and management of the Back of House to ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy.
  2. Talent Management: Oversee all talent-related matters, including schedules, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
  3. In-Store Training: Ensure effective in-store training is delivered by the training lead.
  4. Hiring and Development: Hire lead advisors and advisors, delivering a strong onboarding process for new hires and implementing development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
  5. Team Engagement: Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
  6. Visual Merchandising: Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell-through optimization on a daily basis.
  7. Logistics: Ensure smooth transportation of products in collaboration with the product operations team.
Your Qualifications
  1. You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail and leading teams; experience in the sports industry is a plus.
  2. You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and coordinate cross-functional teams from start to finish.
  3. You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and you are adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  4. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. You speak both English and German fluently.
