Wir suchen einen motivierten Studenten, der sich für den Kundenservice und Qualitätsmanagement begeistert. Als Werkstudenten werden Sie Teil unseres Teams für Qualitätssicherung und Kundenservice und werden aktiv an der Unterstützung und Optimierung unseres Kundenservices beteiligt.

Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Verwaltung von Field Service Notifications für die gesamte DACH-Region
  • Erstellung und Versendung von Kundenbenachrichtigungen
  • Nachverfolgung von Kundenreaktionen:
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden, die auf Benachrichtigungen nicht reagieren, über Serienbriefe oder telefonisch
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Serienbriefen auf Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Kundeninteraktionen in internen Systemen
  • Verwaltung von Kundendaten und Sicherstellung der korrekten Nachverfolgung der Field Service Notifications
  • Effizientes Arbeiten mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere:
  • Erstellung von Serienbriefen und Dokumenten in Microsoft Word
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden über Outlook
  • Sicherstellen einer strukturierten und fristgerechten Kommunikation mit Kunden gemäß den Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Unterstützung des Customer Care Teams bei allgemeinen Aufgaben im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Kundenservice

Requirements

  • Alte Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Qualitätsmanagement oder einem administrativen Bereich
  • Strukturiert und zuverlässig arbeiten, Organisationstalent mitbringen und der Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook) dir leichtfällt
  • Fliessend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift beherrschst
  • Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
  • Mindestens ein Jahr verfügbar und kannst den Großteil Deiner Arbeit vor Ort verrichten

Wir glauben, dass wir zusammen besser arbeiten als getrennt. Für unsere bürobasierten Teams bedeutet das, mindestens 3 Tage in der Woche im Büro zu arbeiten.
