At Inventa Projects (Switzerland) AG, we are seeking a skilled and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless office operations and provide administrative support to the office manager.
- Welcome and host clients, manage incoming phone calls and post.
- Provide general administrative and coordinative support in and around the office.
- Organize meetings, events, and related activities.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship or higher education in business administration or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a professional office.
- Motivated, friendly, and open personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and similar computer applications.
- Fluent in English (preferably mother tongue) and German; any other language a plus.
