Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team at AXEPTA SA. As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive IT security framework to protect our systems and data from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage security tools, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and patch management systems to ensure the integrity of our network infrastructure.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and address vulnerabilities, preventing unauthorized access or unusual activity that could compromise our systems and data.
  • Establish and enforce policies for network and application security, access control, and data protection, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute security awareness campaigns and training programs for internal teams to promote a culture of cybersecurity within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare security reports for stakeholders, providing insights into our cybersecurity risk posture and mitigation strategies.
  • Support audit processes, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives to ensure seamless operations in the event of a crisis.
  • Regularly update and enhance our cybersecurity risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
  • Track and analyze cybersecurity metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders on our security performance and areas for improvement.
Your Profile:
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in IT security, preferably in regulated industries such as finance, banking, or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats, methodologies, tools, and remediation strategies is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency with advanced security solutions, including those for endpoints and perimeters, is necessary to effectively manage our security infrastructure.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms and disaster recovery strategies, including cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure and MS Office 365, is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, and Swiss residency is a must for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
