You will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain, and IT, ensuring seamless integration and alignment. Our leadership prioritizes creating a strong, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art process designs within the E2E process.
  • Making informed decisions for their area across divisions, aligning with E2E Business Process Management guardrails.
  • Collaborating with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Supporting SAP S4/HANA Template deployment and maintenance.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable education.
  • Strong business fluency in English.
  • 3 - 7 years of professional experience preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Tax, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit.
  • Deep understanding of E2E business process areas and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO, Procurement (SD/MM), Localization/External Reporting Compliance, IFRS Accounting, ICFR, Transparency Laws and Regulations.
  • Methodological skills BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).
