We seek a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in supporting commercial financial planning and providing valuable business insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Commercial Development, Program Management, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to enhance financial transparency, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge the status quo. This role is crucial in aligning financial objectives with overall strategic goals and enabling senior management to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leaders to provide financial insights, informing data-driven decisions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Develop and submit annual financial targets, mid- to long-term strategic plans, and regular outlook updates focusing on top-line performance.

  • Design and implement financial models that facilitate proactive decision-making, driving business growth and profitability.

  • Enhance the analytical capabilities of the business, educating leadership teams on financial metrics such as average pricing and associated revenue streams.

  • Provide in-depth analysis and decision support on pricing, financial analysis for contract negotiations, supply contracts, financial modeling, project evaluations, performance measures, and business goal development.

  • Contribute to global responsibility for financial and management accounting, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related fields, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or Big 4 firms.

  • Expertise in modeling, data analysis, and forecasting, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to leadership.

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
