Job Overview

Skillhubs is seeking a skilled Recruitment Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for leadership positions.

You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Your expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels will be invaluable in identifying top talent for our organization.

This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for leadership positions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored plans
  • Source candidates through various channels, including executive search firms, job boards, social media, networking events, campus hiring, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a focus on leadership roles
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadership candidates for future openings
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top leadership talent
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in leadership hiring
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting leadership candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes
