Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair critical facility components and systems
- Monitor and resolve alarms from the Building Monitoring System (BMS)
- Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems
- Implement energy efficiency measures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and maintain optimal stock levels of critical parts and equipment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
