Overview

NEXUS Automotive International SA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Logistics and Facility Coordinator. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company's logistics and facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Mail Management: Unpack, sort, and distribute incoming mail from the post office to designated mailing stations in four buildings.
  • Collect, dispatch, and deliver internal and external mail, documents, and parcels on time.
  • Operate the Post shuttle between two internal post offices four times a day.
  • Receive express mail (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and handle registered letters with accompanying forms against signatures.
  • Manage DHL packaging and airway bills.
  • Send, receive, and track checks with the central department in Zurich.
  • Handle external logistics transport requests if necessary (vehicle) and basic office supply and small warehouse management.
  • Be responsible for general building maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting, as well as premises equipment inspection activities.
  • Supervise cleaning activities, conducting meeting and quality checks with the cleaning company twice a month.
  • Participate in various departmental tasks, such as office moving & rearrangement, paper destruction, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage access controls, ordering, and setting up badges.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work according to flexible hours, including early morning shifts, and be versatile.
  • Service Orientation: Be service-oriented with a high level of integrity, loyalty, and team spirit.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess good organizational skills to accurately keep track of deliveries and logs recording.
  • Time Management: Meet delivery deadlines with effective time management skills, applying routes optimization and schedules management efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Master the main Microsoft tools.
  • Languages: French mother tongue and good knowledge of English (B1 minimum).
  • Experience: Have a proven experience in the role. Experience in the banking field is a plus.
  • Citizenship: Swiss nationality or B/C work permit and domiciled in Switzerland.
  • Educational Background: Hold a vocational training in vehicles, logistics, or industry areas with a federal certificate.
