About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end business value management of our core business processes and applications in the area of Sales, Modernization, and Existing Installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the approved project portfolio for process and solution development and solution-specific roll-outs in Schindler Sales tools; report on project portfolio progress.
  • Develop and optimize the New Installation Sales and Modernization Sales business process model and architectural design of SHAPE Sales and NewCRM.
  • Identify and share business process best-demonstrated practice for continuous process improvements and automation in order to achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive process commonality, harmonization, and simplification across the process value chain.
  • Orchestrate a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit Sales, Modernization, and Marketing.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Master's degree in information technology or equivalent. You should have 4+ years of functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or related industries, with a strong IT affinity and knowledge combined with management expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems.
