Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Schindler, a leading player in the Swiss market. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and support sales efforts on critical scale opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Swiss market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Schindler colleagues to educate them about our business and potential collaboration opportunities.
- Engage with ESG leaders, C-level decision-makers, and other key stakeholders at scale real asset holder companies to understand their business needs and present our solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Represent the company with external stakeholders, attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand presence and establish new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience in the PropTech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluent in Swiss-German and English, with a strong understanding of the Swiss market and its nuances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
