Business Development Manager for ESG Innovations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to lead our market entry in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Schindler, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the Swiss market, leveraging your expertise and network to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Schindler colleagues, educating them on our business and potential collaboration opportunities.
- Engage with ESG leaders, C-level decision-makers, and other key stakeholders at scale real asset holder companies to understand their business needs and present our solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Represent the company with external stakeholders, attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand presence and establish new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new partnership prospects and enhance existing relationships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share market insights, and drive overall company success.
- Confident self-starter with a proven track record of leading market entry initiatives.
- Strong ability to influence others both in and outside of the business.
- Solid sales experience in the SaaS PropTech space, with a focus on ESG innovations.
- Valuable experience working as a member of a sales team.
- Quick to learn and understand customers' needs as well as the broader product and competitive landscape.
- Fluent in Swiss-German, English, and other European languages (such as French or Italian) is a considerable plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on detail and stakeholder involvement.
