Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to drive end-to-end business value management of Schindler's core business processes and applications in the area of Sales NI, MOD, and EI. This role is based in Ebikon, Milano, or Berlin.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the approved project portfolio for process and solution development and solution-specific roll-outs in Schindler Sales tools; report on project portfolio progress.
- Develop and optimize the New Installation Sales and Modernisation Sales business process model and architectural design of SHAPE Sales and NewCRM.
- Identify and share business process best-demonstrated practice for continuous process improvements and automation to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive process commonality, harmonization, and simplification across the process value chain.
- Orchestrate a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit Sales NI, MOD, and Marketing.
- Master's degree in information technology or equivalent.
- 4+ years of functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or related industries.
- IT affinity & knowledge combined with management expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems.
- Fluent in English, German speaking and writing or any additional language is a plus.
