Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to fill the position of Director Strategic Sourcing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve process efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Managing a team of procurement specialists to ensure effective execution of procurement activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal customers, and senior leadership
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic partnerships. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, they will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
