For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Associate Director, Site Planning**:
This is a leadership position responsible for leading the planning team of the Bern Site. The incumbent will have a key role in the Site Supply Chain leadership team with the option of taking over increasing responsibility within this group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading the Supply Planning & Production Scheduling of the Bern Site and associated CMOs
- Responsible to ensure Bern Site production plans are aligned with the global demand from markets for the corresponding products
- Leads the supply review meetings including preparation of scenarios for the overall CSL Global Integrated Business Planning
- Manages troubleshooting activities including systematic resolution of problems, coordination of teams, and resources, and communication of progress to appropriate management personnel, always ensuring that the customer needs and patient supplies are met
- Being the pacemaker of site operations - challenging and optimizing capacities and output together with the 4 value streams
- Develops and implements the budget and forecasts including production and supply volume
- Provide the planning basis for procurement operations and ensure Raw Material availability for all direct goods to meet committed manufacturing dates and stock levels at every time, limit obsolesce and write-offs
- Identify strategic challenges and development of options to meet strategic site goals in cooperation with involved business partners
- Lead and develop a motivated team of approx. 10 headcounts

**Your skills and experience**
- Master's or bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Management or Technical field
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry in either operations or sales/marketing
- Minimum 2-5 years of managerial and stakeholder management experience
- Agility in building networks, driving results, and managing complexity
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proficiency in German and English language
