For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Manager Supply Planning**:
This is a leadership position fully responsible for the Supply Planning of the Bern Site. Together with the supply planning team this person is responsible for the mid
- and longterm planning of our life-saving products produced in Bern.

The Bern site is producing, amongst others, the flagship products Hizentra and Privigen. Within the CSL network Bern is as well producing the biggest portion of Albumin.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading the Supply Planning Team
- Contribute to the monthly S&OP process
- Responsible to ensure Bern Site production plans are aligned with the global demand from markets for the corresponding products
- Manages troubleshooting activities including systematic resolution of problems, coordination of teams, and resources, and communication of progress to appropriate management personnel, always ensuring that the customer needs and patient supplies are met
- Optimize output volumes and ensure most cost-efficient production
- Globally collaborate with cross functional groups for alignment and continuity of required Product supply
- Prepare and report on Site Supply metrics to provide visibility on performance and reliability of supply between sites
- Participation in various projects
- Lead and develop a motivated team of approx. 4 headcounts
- Deputy of Site Head Planning Bern

**Your skills and experience**
- Master or bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Management or Technical field
- Preferably experience in pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry
- Leadership experience
- Agility in building networks, driving results, and managing complexity
- A laser-focused eye for detail and excellent analytical ability, able to extract, analyze and interpret data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information
- Experience working in a global environment
- Flexible approach to work and ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Proficiency in German and English language
