Supply Chain Manager - Medical Equipment

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of medical equipment supply chain operations in Bern & Solothurn Cantons. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on efficiency, quality, and resilience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to drive collaborative efforts and achieve mutual goals.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate current IT infrastructure and recommend upgrades to enhance supply chain software capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform supply chain decisions and drive innovation.

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on medical equipment.
  • Proven track record in process optimization, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain software solutions, including SAP modules MM, PP, and SD.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including S/4 HANA and other supply chain management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English and German language skills (at least C1 level).
