As the responsible for Global Procurement information, savings and reporting function, you are accountable for building, maintaining and developing the project management, analysis and reporting function within procurement.

You will own the transformation plan of the analysis and reporting function, moving from a highly operational and manual process to a fully automated setup, securing data accuracy and timely reporting with mínimal manual touch

In addition to providing a stable basis for data management, you will drive the insights generation agenda, moving beyond reporting numbers to drawing conclusions and recommending actions based on predictive and prescriptive data analysis.

You will be the SPOC for the interaction and management of the CoE resources responsible for analytics, spend and savings management as well as reporting.

Furthermore, you will drive the setup of a function wide KPI reporting structure, spanning all activities across the Global Procurement function. The role will also coordinate the input on KPIs from internal and external stakeholders.

You will build, in collaboration with the Procurement Excellence team, and drive the management of the Global Procurement Management Information System, to enable the PLT and CPO to have real time reporting tool.

This role is also the interface and SPOC to Finance and the Business Partners to ensure, together with the team, accuracy and full approval and sign off on reported savings.

**Role and responsibilities**

**Global Procurement Management Information System**
- Be an integral part of the setting up of the Global Procurement Management Information System (GPMIS)
- Be the owner of the reporting template and data sources
- Own the day-to-day reporting through the GPMIS together with the two direct reports
- Identify and propose improvements and optimization opportunities to the overall setup
- Responsible for the correctness of the data reported
- In collaboration with the PLT and EPLT, build and maintain a structure for Global Procurement internal KPIs to be included in the management reporting
- Responsible for data access and accuracy of KPI measurement data

**Insights Generation and Spend Optimization**
- Drive the generation of insights reporting from spend data, internal and external analytics to identify
- Own the analytics transformation roadmap, utilizing and further develop our Global Spend Cube
- Drive the use of spend data from Descriptive, to Predictive and thereby turn data into valuable, actionable information.
- Work with the PLT and Category Teams to move from Predictive to Prescriptive analysis thereby being able to anticipate what will happen based on analytical models and historical spend data.
- Drive the implementation of the new analytical models in collaboration with Head of Procurement Strategy and Excellence
- Ultimately this role will enable the Global Procurement function to take quicker, smarter and better decisions based on insights from the data analysis process.
- Be the driver of the transformation towards a data-driven decisions model in Global Procurement, and thereby supporting the new Operating Model for enabling functions

**Ad-Hoc Reporting**
- Ensure that a network of stakeholder is built and maintained within as well as outside Global Procurement in order to support the PLT and peers with ad-hoc reporting
- Be the SPOC for the reporting and analysis collaboration with Finance
- Be responsible for the ad-hoc reporting process and drive execution through the direct reports
- Drive the development and optimization of internal SLAs across the entire Global Procurement function and geographies, ensuring credibility and trust in Global Procurement reporting.

**Spend Cube Management**
- Continue to further develop the spend cube
- Drive value out of the global spend assessment
- Be the SPOC for any enhancement requests from the Global Procurement organization
- Own the relationship to the external partners within the Spend Assessment area

**Develop Talents**
- Lead, motivate and develop employees within the Procurement organization including effective long-term talent development, succession planning, and performance managing with a focus on supporting employees to meet or exceed performance expectations while demonstrating CSL Values

**Drive Procurement Innovation**
- Lead in your own area and contribute in other areas to complex, global transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed to ensure the delivery of targeted benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to procurement and digital systems, and incorporate this knowledge into the procurement function

**Background education, Past experiences, and competencies**
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business administration
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, analysis, reporting or relevant experience
- Experience within Consultancy, IT and/or B
