About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our global immunology marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand and disease area strategies that drive sales growth and improve market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals or biotech, with at least 10 years of experience in brand sales and marketing. They will also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-partner projects from beginning to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and disease area strategies that meet the needs of each region and align with corporate goals
- Lead the development of marketing programs and materials that support these strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs and Market Access, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in healthcare, with 8 years' brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech
- Experience establishing brand strategy and driving executional excellence, exceeding goals
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-partner projects from beginning to implementation
- Analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into relevant marketing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with a focus on applying data-driven insights to grow customer engagement and retention

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for career advancement.
