We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CSL Behring. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting production efforts at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and providing quality oversight for outsourced operational activities.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of required regulations, including but not limited to FDA, PIC/S, and European regulation. They will also have strong industry and quality system knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in CMO business and matrix organization management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality agreements with CMOs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and resolve quality issues and deviations
- Lead quality-related sub-projects within CSL and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Represent QA in cross-functional project teams such as CMO Operations, commercial readiness, and process improvements
