Training Coordinator for Curriculum Development and Program Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Universit&at Bern. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various training programs, developing curricula, and coordinating instructor activities.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Design and implement comprehensive curricula for training programs, ensuring alignment with IPDET standards.
- Instructor Management: Build and maintain a roster of qualified instructors from GEI's network, facilitate communication between instructors and clients, and oversee contracting processes.
- Financial Management: Develop sustainable financial models for regional and customized training programs, oversee program budgets, and provide financial planning support.
- Client Relationship Management: Receive and respond to client requests, prepare tailored technical and financial proposals, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Program Administration and Quality Assurance: Oversee assessments, generate detailed reports, and develop certification and quality assurance schemes aligned with IPDET standards.
- Strategic Growth and Marketing: Develop acquisition strategies to attract and retain potential clients, create and implement communication, dissemination, and marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Scholarship Management: Design and manage scholarship programs to support participant engagement.
- Alumni Engagement: Develop and manage an alumni network to enhance retention and engagement, foster relationships through mentorship programs, networking events, feedback collection, and career tracking.
- A Master's degree in social sciences or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in conducting evaluations and evaluation training, preferably in international development cooperation.
- Experience in developing evaluation training curricula and knowledge of quality assurance and certification processes.
- Strong knowledge base in evaluation methodologies and project management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills and experience in client interaction.
