We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Professional to join our team, responsible for delivering complex projects across various sectors within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and communicate project progress
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members

Requirements

  • Mid-Senior level experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and Asana
