Company Overview

We are working with an international company based in Bern, Switzerland, who is looking for a dedicated professional to lead their Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from thermal mapping studies to quality assurance principles.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the C&Q Manager and be responsible for ensuring that all C&Q activities are performed in accordance with global and local company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and executing C&Q activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Preparation and review of technical and GMP-related documentation
  • Planning and tracking execution of C&Q activities versus project timelines

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or natural science field, with at least 2 years of experience in a C&Q role within the pharma/Medical Devices industry. Strong knowledge of qualification requirements according to cGMP regulations, thermal mapping studies, and quality assurance principles is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Practical experience in thermal mapping studies and quality assurance principles
  • Strong knowledge of qualification requirements according to cGMP regulations

Fluency in English is required, with German language skills being a plus. Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills, combined with strong self-management and business acumen, will make you stand out as a top candidate.
