We are seeking an experienced academic leader to join our team as a Professor for Global and Intercultural Management. The successful candidate will have expertise in teaching and research in the area of global management, international business, or related fields.
In this role, you will:
• Teach courses at the Bachelor's and Master's levels in German and English
• Conduct independent research in the main topics of the Global Management specialist group
• Acquire and implement third-party funded research projects and service projects
• Contribute to shaping the thematic profile of the Institute of Marketing & Global Management
• Represent the Institute internally and externally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Global Management, International Business, Intercultural Communication, or Business Communication)
• Strong stakeholder orientation beyond management (e.g., customers, employees, local communities)
• Proven ability to acquire third-party funding and publish in renowned international journals
• Relevant practical experience in the subject area
• Enjoy teaching and have didactic skills
