Overview

Supply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations. Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the analysis, optimization, and standardization of Procurement processes across global operations.
2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks that hinder performance and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize Procurement processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste.
4. Lead efforts to standardize Procurement processes and procedures across global operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.
5. Drive change initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and workflows, providing support, and guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and sustained improvements.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Procurement organization.
7. Find opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
8. Partner with Capability Teams to identify new Products.
9. Partner with Global Function, Sectors and BUs to align and implement transformation roadmaps.
10. Own the creation of long-term digital roadmap.
11. Identify new technologies to meet the needs of Procurement.
12. Influence short-term digital roadmap and continuous improvement opportunities.
13. Facilitate technology adoption.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700.
2. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
3. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.
4. An additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
5. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
6. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
7. Qualifications:

1. Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design and transformation.
2. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within procurement, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, as well as experience in managing and developing talent.
4. Ability to think strategically and develop long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, while also possessing strong analytical skills to assess market trends, risks, and opportunities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
6. Understanding of global market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances, with experience in managing procurement designs across multiple regions or countries.
7. Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix, and ambiguous environment.
8. Simplifying complexity, communicating in a clear and concise manner.
9. Balancing sense of urgency with the need to deliver quality results, demonstrating perseverance in achieving complex or ambiguous goals.
10. Working across boundaries and creating trusting relationships, demonstrating active listening skills.
11. Understanding market, consumers and customers, external environment and industry (incl. FX/Inflation/P&L) and using this information to drive decisions and actions.
12. Strong Procurement domain knowledge.
13. Digital proficiency.
