Senior Analytical Project Manager Biologics

Solvias AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Project Manager Biologics to join our team. As a key member of our analytical research and development team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of analytical methods for biologics.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead analytical projects from development to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their analytical needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring our analytical methods and processes are compliant and effective.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- University degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytical project management, with a focus on biologics.
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods and techniques, including HPLC, spectroscopy, and cell-based potency assays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business fluent English language skills.
