Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm as an operations assistant/sales support. The successful candidate will provide skilled support to professionals who want to finance investments, develop sales, or outsource the management of their professional equipment.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Autonomously processing leasing or rental offers from the reception of the request until the evaluation of the financing and decision-making
- Documenting and providing information requirements for leasing and rental requests received, as well as preparing underwriting and risk management services
- Processing requests within the framework of compliance regulations (LBA / Compliance/Legal) - full training given
- Preparing offers in coordination with sales managers
- Entering, processing, and following up on files
- Preparing, reviewing, accepting, and managing concessionaire framework contracts, including entering information into IT systems and creating online access (web portal)
- Supporting in projects, tests, and their documentation
- Assisting during commercial events (for example, representing the company on a stand at a professional fair)
