Enterprise Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a permanent position at ELP Consult Ltd., a well-established international telecom company that provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to enterprises, carriers, and mobile users worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing our business on the Enterprise market in Switzerland. The role involves establishing new customer relationships, exploring potential business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to maximize sales prospects and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, detect, and identify business opportunities
- Establish a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to approach new customers and detect new opportunities to maximize sales prospects and market penetration
- Escalate customer needs and issues to the relevant technical teams
- Promote company's products and solutions to customers by organizing or participating in activities such as workshops, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
The role also involves managing and responding to calls for tenders (BID management), mobilizing internal resources to prepare offers, and responding in a way that is adapted to customer needs.
Requirements:- Hunter profile, knowledge of the world, and the offer of telecommunications operators is essential
- A first experience of selling telecommunications services to companies is a plus
- Knowledge of the challenges of international operators is necessary
- Mastery of sales tools (Salesforce, reporting, etc.)
- Flexibility, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication in Swiss German and English in writing and speaking, fluency in other languages is a plus
We estimate the salary for this role to be around 120,000 CHF per annum, depending on experience.
