Transforming Cancer Care

At Exact Sciences, we're committed to making a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer. As a Brand Lead International, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive our International Precision Oncology business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement annual operational and tactical plans for the brand.
  • Support the alignment of marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, and plans among Country Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive the evolution of brand campaigns and lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Ensure effective integration of product positioning, messaging, and product campaigns into all promotional assets.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to gain a deeper understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Liaise with external groups, including service vendors, agency partners, and Societies/organizations.
  • Coordinate training efforts for the field force, partnering with Commercial Excellence and Country/Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and Sales, with operational country experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Japanese a plus.
  • Experience working in oncology or oncology diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to be perceived as a leader without direct authority.

  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Ability to travel 50% of working time, including overnight/weekend travel.
