Marketing and Brand Strategy Lead, International

About the RoleThe Brand Lead International will spearhead strategy and tactics for our International Precision Oncology business, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, International. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans, leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational and tactical annual plans for the brand, working closely with global marketing colleagues and stakeholders.
- Synchronize marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, and plans among Country Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and key stakeholders.
- Elevate brand campaigns through innovative ideas and strategies.
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and communication strategies that drive engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration of product positioning, messaging, and campaigns across all promotional assets.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deepen market understanding and customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including service vendors, agency partners, and Societies/organizations.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence team and Country/Sales Managers to deliver effective field force training.
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and sales, with operational country experience being highly valued.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Japanese an asset.
- Experience working in oncology or oncology diagnostics highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
We provide a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
