We're looking for a skilled Territory Sales Professional to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical industry and be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and locations, providing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on channel, end-users, and installers to drive territory management and sales growth.
  • Continuously scan for new sales opportunities, expand offerings within accounts, and maintain a consistent pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates on account and conversion status through our CRM system.
  • Deliver product and solutions training to customers and distributors, responding to questions and ensuring resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the electrical or industrial market, preferably through a channel model.
  • Proven skills in selling to distributors, consultants, engineers, end-users, OEMs, MROs, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing and delivering effective presentations and proposals.
