Job Title: Sales Assistant

About the Role:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring the ultimate client experience in the stores by providing sales administration and support to the sales team. This includes delivering on time the required items to the Sales Associates and participating in the maintenance and stock keeping of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on time the required items to the Sales Associates
  • Provide updates to the Sales Associates with respect to the order status and delivery arrangement
  • Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book
  • Swiftly point out to the supervisor if something is missing
  • Support the Sales Associates in keeping them updated about the store stock in order to optimize sales
  • Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store
  • Comply with all loss prevention procedures in order to ensure integrity of inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of the sale

Requirements:

  • Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer service
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a team
