We are seeking a skilled and experienced Luxury Salon Manager Assistant to join our team at A. Lange und Söhne. As a key member of our salon management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury watch boutique.

About the Role

As a Luxury Salon Manager Assistant, you will work closely with our Salon Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our boutique. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cash Handling and Operations Management

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and ensuring compliance with all financial procedures and regulations.

Team Support and Development

You will provide guidance and support to our team members, including training and coaching on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising

You will assist in maintaining an attractive and well-organized store environment, ensuring that our products are displayed in a visually appealing manner and that inventory levels are accurately managed.

Sales and Customer Service

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations and suggesting solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations and customer service principles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fine watchmaking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in French and English, with German language skills a plus.
